General Terms

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms that are indicated below. Any statement may change if properly discussed with me.

• I have the right to refuse any commission request without the need to explain my reasons.• Ill-mannered behavior will not be tolerated, any ongoing commissions will be immediately cancelled if it occurs. Refund will depend on how much I've worked on.• First come, first serve basis.• Clear and detailed visual references are highly recommended for more accuracy.• As I am new to commissions, if the artwork does not meet your expectations, I am offering one free revision. Any more than that will include extra charges.• No refund once the artwork has been sent or finished.

Background:CHARACTER(S) INFO:Character name:Character personality/description(s): Please give me everything you have on your character that you want me to have in mind when drawing them - also characters from series since I might not know them. You can also send me a youtube link to a video portraying the characters' personality.You can place multiple orders in one mail, just include the above info multiple times.Please include reference images of your character(s). If there is anything specific you would like me to get inspired from (e.g. environment for background or stock images for poses) please include them as well. If you cannot provide reference for the character (meaning you only have a text description), an additional +X$ will be added to the price.• I will send the client work in progresses.• The client may also request for the WIPs.• The artwork will be sent on the client's mail in png format at 300dpi• commissions may take from a week to complete up to 1 month depending on complexity and work schedule .

3) Copyright/Usage• All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only unless discussed futher.• The client is able to repost on any social medias as long as I am given proper credit (links on my social medias).3.5)== What is considered as copyright infringement?==• Altering the artwork in ANY way without my consent.• Claiming and taking credit of the artwork as your own.• Making money off of the artwork.

4) Payment• Payment methods is through Paypal.• Do not send the money until I have accepted your commission order.• The client is given 24 hours to send half of the payment once the sketch has been sent(non refundable). If the time exceeds 24 hours, your commission will be cancelled. Rest of the payment is before delivering the final image.
